- Send the item back to us with a detailed note explaining why you are returning the item and any other relative information we would need to easily and quickly resolve the problem.
- All products must be returned in the original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or UPS only with signature proof of delivery for your return.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.advancedcabinetservices.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Advanced Cabinet Services ships via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and common carrier. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. In order to bring our customers the lowest possible price, many of our products will be shipped direct from the supplier. In addition, Functional Hardware products are purchased in bulk by Advanced Cabinet Services to further reduce costs to the customer. Therefore, these products may not be packaged in retail packaging upon receipt by the customer. All Decorative Hardware orders over $100 have Free Ground Shipping (in the continental US). Free LTL Common Carrier Shipping on all vanities, kitchen islands, island tops, and mirrors (in the continental US). Even if you qualify for our FREE SHIPPING, if delivery to your location requires special equipment and/or additional charges from the freight carrier (appointment fees, lift gate fees, residential fees, etc.), you will be billed for those fees.
We accept major credit cards. Credit cards require us to ship to your billing address. Unless you have added an additional shipping address registered to your credit card account, Advanced Cabinet Services, reserves the right to change the shipping address in your order to the billing address without your consent. Additionally if your order has a different shipping and billing address this will cause a delay in shipping your item(s) while the information is verified.
